I had the unique opportunity to compare the ENGL Invader II with the ENGL Savage Mk. II. Both are the flagships of the German amp manufacturer.
And both sound absolutely awesome. One sounds warm, smooth and fat, while the other sounds more open and aggressive.
Which one would be yours?
The cabinet I used for this video is a Diezel 4x12 with Celestion G12-65 speakers. And thanks so much to Markus for making this comparison come true.
