Recipe

Filling
2-3 Tbspn oil
½ cup chopped onion
5 pcs crushed garlic
50 grams chicken breast sliced
10 pcs prawns (skin reserved for extract)
Salt and pepper for seasoning
1 knorr chicken cubes

1 Carrots medium julien cut
1 cup sliced green beans
1 small sweet potato julien
1 small turnip julien cut
Whites cabbage chopped
Shrimp extract

Lumpia wrapper 1 recipe
6 to 10 pcs depends on the size you will make

2 cups water
2 eggs
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbspn oil
1 tspn salt

Lumpia sauce (sweet garlic sauce)
500 ml water
½ cup brown sugar add according to your taste
¼ cup finely chopped garlic
1 tspn soy sauce


Slurry

¼ cup cornstarch
¼ cup water

Ground salted peanuts skinless cooked
Not raw for toppings
