The now 25mm high pads with adapted surround ensure improved durability thanks to the rounded edge and of course continue to nestle flexibly against the surface.Thanks to these improvements, our new polishing pads are now also very suitable for use with eccentric polishing machines. This makes our new polishing pads a real innovation for the reconditioning market. More durability with the same application ensures a whole new application experience with our polishing pads. You can't miss it. For maximum process reliability, we continue to adhere to the color coding of the pads to ensure easy assignment of pad and polish. This saves time and is a real help, especially in the stressful everyday processing process.

We have invested a lot of work in our Micro Cut Pad. So now we have not just one, but two Micro Cut pads with different compression hardnesses in our portfolio. We now distinguish between the Micro Cut Soft Foam Pad, which was specially developed for complicated paints (e.g. sticky paint) and the Micro Cut Hard Foam Pad, which is intended for use on high-solid paints. In order to make it particularly easy to distinguish between them, the pads also differ visually. On the packaging of the pads there is either a diamond as an icon with the designation "Hard" or a nib with the designation "Soft". The unpacked pads can also be quickly differentiated from each other. The Micro Cut Hard Foam Pad can be recognized by the dark purple fleece and the diamond and the Micro Cut Soft Foam Pad by the light purple fleece and the feather.

Not only have our pads themselves been upgraded, but the packaging has also been visually improved and now allows a quick assignment to the type of respective pad due to the cross-section of the pad applied to the front. For example, it is easy to distinguish between Wool Pad and Foam Pad.
