The demonstration, held in Klosters, included protesters from African countries highlighting the hardships caused by economic policies promoted at the forum.

Massa Kone, a Malian farmer activist, stated the WEF "does not respond to the aspirations of communities" as poverty continues to climb despite decades of global summits.
