On The Scene: The House Committee on Justice is set to meet on February 2 to begin taking up the two verified impeachment complaints against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. Notices for the meeting, which will be held in the morning, were sent to panel members on Wednesday. On the agenda are the complaint filed by Atty. Andre de Jesus and endorsed by Pusong Pinoy Party-List Rep. Jernie Jett Nisay, and the complaint filed by progressive groups that ACT Teachers Party-List Rep. Tinio, Gabriela Women's Party Rep. Sarah Elago, and Kabataan Party-List Rep. Renee Co endorsed.
