Lemon truffles! Sharing our delicious lemon truffle recipe!
Ingredients:
3 12oz bags of vanilla chips
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 T. pure lemon extract
1/4 cup lemon juice

The zest from 2 large lemons
3-4 12oz bags of vanilla chips for the coating
