This is one of my fish recipe for summer time.
I used Lemon juice and Orange juice for a fruity touch.
you can use only salmon is ok too👌

Ingredients 👇
Salmon 4oz
White fish 4oz
Carrot 1.5oz
Red pepper 1oz
Green pepper 1oz
Yellow pepper 1oz
Yellow onion 2oz
Konbu dashi recipe👇
Water 250 cc
Konbu 0.4oz
1. 250cc water and 0.4oz of konbu ( dry Kelp)
2. Add konbu to the water and leave for 10 minutes.
3. Warm up water till it boils and take out konbu.
4. Cool down
Nanbanzuke sauce recipe 👇
Konbu dashi 180cc
Lemon juice 50cc
Orange juice 50cc
Vinegar 100cc
Sugar 1Tbsp
Salt 1/2 Tsp
