1/ Banks will not be imposing any penalty on accounts classified as inoperative due to non-maintenance of minimum balances. 🚫💰
Additionally, no charges will be applied for the re-activation of these accounts! 🔄💳
2/ Under the new rules, Banks must inform the customers through SMS, letters or email of their accounts turning inoperative. 💸
