Описание: Indian Space Research Organization/Department of Space Centers/Units are engaged in Research and Development activities in the realm of Space Application, Space Science and Technology for the benefit of society at large and for serving the nation by achieving self-reliance and developing capacity to design and build Launch Vehicles and Communication/Remote Sensing Satellites and thereafter launch them.

ISRO has recently invited the Online applications for the vacancies of Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Level 10 of Pay Matrix at constituent ISRO Centers (Group ‘A’ Gazetted posts) and in an Autonomous Body under DOS (Group ‘A’ Non-Gazetted posts). In total there are 303 vacancies that have been advertised (Autonomous Body – PRL posts included). Students from Mechanical, Electronics and Computer Science engineering stream are eligible to apply for these vacancies.

Talking abut the educational qualification BE/B.Tech or equivalent in above mentioned Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 is required. Graduation should have been completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University. Candidates who are going to complete the above course in the academic year 2022-23 are also eligible to apply, provided final degree is available by 31.08.2023.

The age limit is 28 years as on 14.06.2023. Serving Central Govt. employees, Ex-Servicemen; Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders.

Candidates can apply for multiple posts, however, they will have to make application fee payment separately against all the posts applied for.

Selection will be done basis of the written test that will be conducted in 2 parts followed by interview.
Part ‘A’ – Area/Discipline Specific part - Consists of 80 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of 1 mark each (+1 and -1/3 pattern of marking).

Part ‘B’ - Aptitude/Ability Tests – Consists of maximum 15 Multiple Choice Questions
(MCQs) totaling to 20 marks (No negative marks). Questions will be based on Numerical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Diagrammatic Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning and Deductive Reasoning.

For generation of the final panel, 50% weightage will be given to Written Test marks and 50% weightage to Interview marks.
