Full Naze32 on Baseflight - Magnetometer & Barometer Setup Guide

I looked around for someone who had calibrated the magnetometer on a Naze32 in Baseflight and couldn't find anything other than some very basic literature.
So i decided to put this how too, together in the hope it helps others and gets people who have done this before to provide feedback to what I did. Good or Bad!
I'm using my Cinetank as the test bed and I have my flight modes configured as follows:
1. Rate Mode
2. Horizon + Magnetometer + Barometer (Simulate Position Hold)
3. Horizon + Barometer
This is all useful when you put on a GPS unit. By having the MAG & BARO sorted, my understanding is that the GPS functionality will work better. Now, I did not add in the declination as this is only required for the GPS and not what I did in this video.
