Making Up a Blues Song on Dobro in Open D Tuning

I just show some basic 1-4-5 chords and major and minor pentatonic licks and a basic solo.

These are just some ideas you can improvise around, and play with, I took from Ry Cooder and other players in the blues who play slide guitar.

If you're new or a beginner just take it really slow. I'm using a metal slide bar for lapstyle here. You can pick them up cheap online or use some other slide or piece of metal. Just have fun :)
