This is the continuation of my CK2 Reaper’s Due Byzantium campaign. While the general goal is to restore the Roman Empire, many decisions along the way will be based on the traits of our rulers. Since EU4 itself does not provide a ruler with enough traits to make good roleplay possible, I want you to formulate milestone goals that will set the path our nation takes.
