Celebrate the start of spring by adding some new cocktails to your repertoire. Follow along as our cocktail connoisseurs A-K Hada and Darnell show us how to make a Paloma and Blinker, with a BACARDÍ spin.
BACARDÍ Paloma
1 1/2 parts BACARDÍ Superior Rum.
3 parts Grapefruit Soda.
Splash of Lime Juice. (optional)
Build ingredients in a highball glass over cubed ice. Stir to combine.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice or lime wedge.
BACARDÍ Blinker
2 parts BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro.
.75 part Grapefruit Juice.
1 bar spoon Raspberry Preserves.
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Fine strain into a coupe.
