Meet Elizabeth Savetsky, 2004 Birthright Israel Alumna

Описание: Elizabeth Savetsky says that everything important to her can be traced back to the moment she signed up for Birthright Israel in the summer of 2004. Although Elizabeth grew up with a Jewish identity, she felt a zillion miles away from the State of Israel. When she arrived, she felt immediately connected to the land, and like many participants, realized she was home. Even after her trip was over, Elizabeth stayed friends with her fellow participants, which also led her to meet her now-husband, Ira, who she has two beautiful daughters with. This story is just one of the thousands in which Birthright Israel Foundation's work has changed the course of someone’s life for the better, filling it with inspiration, meaning, connection, and direction.
