It is still the same as usual. Use All heroes that are available, alternate between the three roles, then learn and adapt to the playstyle specifically for the character and maybe, it will be an investment worth putting in to for future changes on the next seasons.
Reminder:
"2-lose = party disband" rule is in effect.
Everybody is welcome to join and party up.
I'm not pushing for rank, I'm on learning mode.
