[Bars 1-2] Slide between different strings (2,1): finger 3 slides up to the 9th fret, from where finger 4 moves to the note C#.
[Bar 4] Common thread on the 2nd string.
[Bar 8] The piece features a series of slides between different fingers (here 3,1 on the 1st string), where the first finger slides (here finger 3, on a single fret) and the second finger hammers on the final note (here finger 1 on the note A, )
[Bar 9.10] The slides, all invented by me, represent the main simplification of the performance: same string, same finger.
[Bar 20] Canonical open D chord,
fret 232, fingers 231.
