Описание: Designing and building a home is a challenge at the best of times, let alone two homes in twelve weeks. This hasn’t stopped interior stylist Catherine Heraghty from attempting to do it, with the help of Future Flip builder, Neil Hipwell.

In this instalment of 2 in Twelve, Catherine and Neil take us through the process of building and designing two master bedrooms. One side of the duplex, Catherine’s forever home, takes on a contemporary Australian style, while the investment property will be designed with a coastal style.

Neil shows us the construction process for the master bedrooms and inserting the windows, while Catherine shows her design plans for each room.

She shares her design choices for each side of the duplex. First, her forever home, gets a timber batten feature wall and a muted, pastel colour scheme, while her investment property, which gets a V-groove feature wall with wider panels, and a more coastal colour scheme.

And finally, we see the stunning finished product for Catherine’s two investment property master bedrooms.
