Toad Wrap 👉 Jump Rope Tutorial (notes in description)

Описание: You can actually do a Toad Wrap two ways!

The first is by doing a Toad Cross, then staying in position and letting the rope wrap around your lifted leg.

The trick to doing this is sticking your leg out to the side to actually catch the rope.

That leg has to be far enough away from the center of your body that the rope can actually get underneath your feet, and then over your shoulders.

This is pretty cool on its own, but there's actually a second version that’ slightly different!

You start in a Toad Cross, but then wrap on a Toad Swing

This is strange, but it actually works the exact same way by sticking the foot out to the side and catching the rope in the swing.

You can finish both versions by unwrapping into a Single Under. It's the exact same exit as the standard Toad Wrap.

This is a really neat freestyle theory thing for those of you who are jump rope enthusiasts!
