A video of an intellectually-impaired teenager carrying a lost toddler on his back from the roadside to the police station in northwestern China’s Shaanxi province has impressed many on the country’s social media. “If I don’t help her, she might be kidnapped by some bad guys after a few minutes,” the teen said.
