Elham ist ein Ort mit rund 1500 Einwohnern und liegt rund 8 Kilometer nördlich von Folkestone. In Folkestone besteht eine Anbindung an die Autobahn M20, sowie das Portal des Eurotunnels, welcher nach Calais in Frankreich auf das Europäische Festland führt.
