This repair was done on a 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 Z71 5.3L and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500
2003 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500
2004 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500
2005 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500
2006 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500
