This Full Body workout is going to help you take your fitness to a new level. By connecting the exercises into a flow your coordination and stamina will be challenged. Because the workout also focuses on strength and mobility you should feel stronger and lighter in your movement due to extra space in your joints.
If you are a beginner in movement exercises make sure you check out our first flow which is a bit less intense and will prepare you for harder flows.
