With the very heavy pollen seasion this year, we decided to invest in a PoolSkim Automatic pool skimmer to help clear out the surface debris from our newly installed pool (please note it is not 100% clean and open yet as there is still construction going on in the backyard).

The video includes a brief unboxing, and the only tool required is a Phillips head screwdriver. The assembly was fast once I finished reading the manual and you can see the time from opening the box to operation was quite fast.
I was quite surprised at how quickly and well it started working, and I was quite pleased that it was not overly loud.
This will certainly reduce the time with the pool leaf rake and pool surface debris net, and it's claim is it reduces the time the creepy crawly needs to run (in fact it also mentions you may want to remove the Pool Skim when the pool vacuum is running).
