Vegetable Veg Pulao recipe - (15 min recipe)
Your choice of vegetables ( I have used curly flower, pea, carret, spring onion)
Half boiled rice ( quantity - based on the number of people 🙂. 2 small cup for 1 person is sufficient)
Fry all the vegetables and add some Salt and Pulao masala and add your half cooked rice to it.
Cover it, Now let it steamed for 10-12 mint.
Khoya/ mawa halwa content- [10 min Quick recipe]
Roast the sooji ( quantity of sooji will be 2-3 small spoon, just for binding)
Add khoya to sooji.
Add some sugar/ misri ( if you want to avoid white sugar).
Add some water just to give steam.
after 2-3 min stream open it and it's ready to server.
