NBC's fall primetime lineup kicks off with the 28th season of "The Voice" and the second season of "Brilliant Minds."
In the medical drama's first season, a gifted neurologist (Zachary Quinto) – based on world-renowned physician Oliver Sacks – and his team of interns as they tackle some of the world's most puzzling psychological cases.
"I think at the end of the first season, there was a lot of uncertainty about the future of Oliver Wolf – the character I play – his relationships, his relationship with Josh Nichols – his neurosurgeon companion at the hospital – his relationship with his father, his relationship with his mother," said Quinto ("Star Trek," "American Horror Story: Asylum"). "We're picking up kind of right after we left off from season one, about a month and a half later, and a lot of questions will be answered, and a lot of new questions will be asked."
New episodes of "Brilliant Minds" air Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on NBC and are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
