HYDERABADI CHICKEN DUM BIRIYANI
Chicken marination
Chicken-1kg
Onion -4
Garlic -1
Ginger -2inch size
Chilli -3
1/2 kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 red chilli powder
1/4 turmeric powder
1 chicken masala
Salt to taste
1 1/2 garam masala
Lemon 1
Coriander and mint leaves (handful)
Cumin seeds 1tbsp
Cloves 5
Cardamom 5
Cinnamon 1
Yogurt 180 gm
Tomato 1
1/2 cup onion dried oil
For rice
Water
Cinnamon
Cloves
Cardamom
Salt
Chilli
Lemon
Cumin
Rice - 3cups basmati(soak in water for 1 hour)
First, fry the onions on high flame and keep them aside.
Marinate the chicken with the marination items given above and keep it aside for at least one hour or overnight.
Cook the rice for 5 minutes.
For dum, cook on high flame for the first 5 minutes, then place a heavy pot (or tawa) under the pan and continue dum on low flame for 30 to 45 minutes.
And open few minutes later
And you will get the super easy and tasty biriyani😋
