High Protein Instant kala Chana Dosa (no rice & no fermentation) 💕
This instant kala chana dosa is protein rich. This protein dosa breakfast recipe is rich in protein and low in carb. Perfect in your weight loss journey..
Ingredients:
2 cup soaked black chickpea (overnight soaked)
1/2 or 3/4 cup semolina (sooji)
1/2 cup curd
Salt to taste
Cilantro with stems
Green chili to taste
Ginger
Water to grind
Serve with red chutney (recipe is up)

Note:- 1. No need to boiled black chickpea (need just overnight soaked chana).
2. Make sure the tawa is heated well before making dosa. You can sprinkle some water to and it should sizzle right away. Put a few drops of oil on the tawa and spread with a paper towel all over the tawa.
If you are using cast iron tawa then you can also use an onion cut in half and use the flat side to spread the oil.
3. You can add rice flour or oats flour instead of sooji..
4. If you want Crispy Dosa, can add little bit of Eno or baking soda..
