According to initial reports, 6 people lost their lives and several people may have been trapped under the debris. There were conflicting reports on the number of people trapped in the building and the death toll.

The residential structure was crumbled due to strong blast in an illegal firecracker factory in the area. The rescue operation is under-way. The authorities are trying to pull out people, who may have been trapped under the debris. The death of six people have been confirmed. The number of dead and injured people may increase. The authorities are also trying to find out the exact cause behind the collapse of the building.
