We kicked off our very first Women of AI conversation with an incredibly honest and inspiring fireside chat hosted by Robyn “Jam” Anderson and featuring our guest Jana founder of AlphaMint AI.

This session went far beyond surface level AI talk and dove into money mindset real world business building and how AI can be used as a true leverage tool not just a content toy.

Jana shared her powerful journey from working in banking and carrying significant personal debt to becoming financially independent through real estate investing and eventually building AlphaMint AI alongside a full time role at BMW. Her story resonated deeply especially her transparency around failure rebuilding confidence and redefining what investing in yourself actually means.

Together Jam and Jana explored how AI fits into real life businesses today including corporate training finance education real estate due diligence and personal brand growth. A major theme was that there is no perfect business plan in AI. Momentum comes from trying listening adapting and letting revenue streams reveal what works.
