70 points didn’t happen by accident against Berkmar Middle School. This is what a culture change looks like. This school was only getting 0-2 wins a season before the culture changers arrived. Once a program searching for wins, now a team building good habits, confidence, and belief. Coach K and Coach Sutton didn’t just install plays; they installed standards. Accountability. Togetherness. Effort every possession. They took Jordan to the playoffs 1st year coaching there right after a 2 win season. The scoreboard tells one story. The culture tells the real one.
