I guess the mattes are a yes but the shimmers is where the real trouble comes in, not only because the formula changed, but because I swear every picture I see if this palette is different, so far Natasha has swatched it herself and there's some official swatches but both look a bit different, so yeah, the troubles of lighting and working with cosmetics are endless.
