How does extraneous variables affect the dependent variable in a research study?

Описание: To explore the relationship between the independent variable and dependent variable, the researcher must also identify, address, and take into account the extraneous variables which may affect the research outcomes. Failure to do so may lead to examiners, reviewers, and readers questioning the validity of the research findings and wasting years of a researcher's effort.
