Описание: This is an extremely simple activity that you can do in any location, just to get yourself re- engaged with your body and focus out the things around you. The idea with this activity is you close your fist and as you close your fist in front of you, just hold on to it. You might notice there is some tension in your fist, you might hold it lightly, whatever is comfortable for you. So as you feel what's going on in your hand, just gently start to open your fist and as you open it slowly, start to notice the space between each one of your fingers. After you have noticed the space, slowly close your hand back in a fist. But more relaxed this time. Then open the hand again and notice the space. Then just slowly bring your fingers in fist again. Now you may or may not feel tension decreasing and both are okay, just continue doing the exercise. Again slowly open your hand and notice the space and close again. So you can do this as many times as you need to feel that tension go away in your hand. This is a good activity to focus back into what is going on in your body and teaches you to calm your breathing, as you are doing this activity.
