Centre work will make you work constantly with simple combinations of exercises and stretches giving you the feeling of flowing movement.
These exercises are easy combinations therefore accessible to anyone that hasn’t got ballet experience.
The only thing you have to do is put your beautiful frock on, ballet slippers and play the video to dance and workout at the same time.
