Biryani is a all time favourite to all and the most common way of making is the dum style cooked biryani .but then there is a unique way of making these matka biryani.today I made it with pomfret fish.

How to make simple biryani masala
for half a kg of rice:

cinnamon(pattai)-2 inches
cardomom(elakkai)-5-6
cloves(kirambu)-6
cumin(jeeragam)-1tspn
pepper(milagu)-2tspn

roast and grind it.
