We take great pleasure in tasting the olive oils we source to ensure that they meet our (very) high standards. In addition to requiring comprehensive chemical analyses of every batch, we also conduct a rigorous sensory evaluation to assess the fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency of each oil, as well as to recommend the best food pairings.
Recently, our company president, Joanne Lacina, had the opportunity to sample Tamia's exceptional Caninese, Maurino, and Gold organic extra virgin olive oils during a tasting session with Pietro Re, the company's CEO.
