Описание: In this video I explain the basics of the appropriation account for limited liability companies and go through six (6) examples.

I show the following:

basic appropriation account (with no retained earnings brought forward),
2 appropriation accounts with retained earnings brought forward added either at the start or at the end,
a profit and loss appropriation account with the new items debenture interest and directors' remuneration,
an appropriation account where you are given net income before debenture interest, and
an appropriation account for a six-month period where I ask a question for you to vote on.
