I recently went to a life changing Ecstatic Dance event at the Yoga Barn in Ubud Bali. This particular event was called Shadow Dance with the most epic DJ, TOLTECH.
In this Video I chat about my experience and journey on the dance floor. I highly recommend checking out the events schedule in Ubud or in your city and experiencing the healing benefits of dance, music and movement.
