My Over 50 Year Old Body Transformation 2020 - 2021

Описание: Everyone has gone or is going through some trial or tribulation and I am no exception. I've gone through several actually. I was in a very toxic relationship from 2019-2020, lost my job, had 3 tendons repaired with shoulder surgery, and then the infamous C0V1D hit. It was a really tough time for me.

With gyms having been closed, my physical therapy clinic did as well for awhile, I had to figure out something to do for my recovery both mentally and physically. I initially started with hiking just to get me out and moving. That led me back to physical therapy when the office opened back up. Once my shoulder was healed up enough I started my weightlifting consistently and had the goal to get back on stage and compete at the NPC Emerald Cup again and win my division in the Over 50 Class.
