Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on February 28 expressed her concerns on impact of Russia-Ukraine conflict while addressing the post-Budget interaction with stakeholders in Chennai, “As regards the bearing that Russia-Ukraine crisis will have on our immediate imports and exports to Ukraine, we are rightly worried about what comes from there. But I am more worried about what will happen to our exporters, particularly the farmer sector to Russia and Ukraine.”
