Rajbhog shrikhand recipe | Dry fruits matho with curd | Easy kesar shrikhand recipe
Ingredients
1. Curd/yogurt - 2 cups
2. powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
3. Saffron - 3 pinch
4.warm milk - 3 tbsp
5. cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
6. Mixed nuts - 1/4 cup ( Almonds,cashew,pistachios)
7. Tutti-fruitti - for garnishing
Method:
1. Take one mixing bowl and place sieve in it.
2. Take a muslin cloth and pour in the yogurt and hang the yogurt for 2 to 3 hours to completely drain all the whey from it.
3. After 2 -3 hours take the thick yogurt into a bowl.
4. Into that curd add saffron milk and powdered sugar and mix well.
5. Now add mixed nuta ad cardamom powder and combine well.
6. Let this sit for about 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
7. Garnish with mixed nuts and tutti-fruiti.
8. Rajbhog shrikhand is ready enjoy...
