Landlord/Property Management Tip: Hardwood Floor Protection and Renters/ Animals

Also I always use an oil based floor sealer, and 3 coats. I have to beg and plead the flooring companies, and it is a battle I fight as I have 70 pound dogs that can mimic how some renters treat hardwood floors.
