I spent 72 hours exploring the streets of Japan to create this cinematic short film. This is "TOKYO."
This trip was heavily inspired by a friend of mine, who gave me the final push to book the flight and capture this incredible city. From the neon-soaked nights in Shinjuku and Shibuya to the quiet mornings in the local backstreets, Tokyo is a playground for any filmmaker.
This entire project was shot on the Sony FX30 in 10-bit S-Log3 to capture the best possible dynamic range and color. If you're looking for FX30 footage or planning a trip to Japan, I hope this gives you a glimpse into the magic of Tokyo.
