Here you can see an above view of my favourite metro, the S1/S2 GVB metro serving route M51 departing from Nieuwmarkt metro station for Isolatorweg.
Route M51 actually used to go to Amstelveen but this line has been discontinued use so the pantographs that can be seen on the roof are no longer used.
The train now only runs on third rail power (yellow rail to the left of the track) and doesn't use overhead power lines.
This is the last video of the Amsterdam Metros.
