Deity: Lord Varaha Narasimha (a combined form of Varaha and Narasimha, avatars of Vishnu)
Architecture: A blend of Kalinga and Dravidian styles, constructed in the 13th century by King Narasingha Deva I.
Unique Feature: The main idol is perpetually covered with sandalwood paste, giving it a linga-like appearance. This covering is removed once a year during the Chandanotsava festival.
Festivals Celebrated: Chandanotsava, Kalyanotsava, Narasimha Jayanti, among others.

The temple follows a structured schedule for various sevas and darshan:
Temple Opening: 4:00 AM
Suprabhata Seva: 4:30 AM – 5:00 AM
Abhishekam & Archana: 5:00 AM – 6:30 AM
Sarva Darshan (Morning): 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Maha Mangala Harathi: 12:00 PM
Break (Temple Closed): 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
Sarva Darshan (Afternoon): 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Evening Darshan: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Temple Closing: 9:30 PM
A special darshan is available for devotees at a fee of ₹100 per person, with tickets purchasable at the temple premises.
