That's when I found a second job as an agent at the Suakasa real estate agency in Xangrila, where I would soon begin my career as a real estate agent. On my first day as a rental agent, I managed to close two sales for the Gasparovic family from Porto Alegre, RS. By the grace of God, we managed to balance the shop rent and household expenses. YouTube was a platform that could be better explored. It all started when clients wouldn't leave the keys to their properties because they were vacation rentals. So I started making videos when the owners were there, and I noticed that even after a few months, people were still calling me interested in the properties on the channel. So I decided to keep making videos and leave them there. That's when the channel started to grow.
