If you don’t have an oven, you can still bake!
I have shared with you a recipe of Tutti Fruity Cupcakes that can be made without any oven or even molds!
This is an eggless Tutti Fruity Cupcakes recipe.
But if you want to make cupcakes with egg, all you need to do is substitute the buttermilk in the recipe with 3 large eggs.
The molds required to bake the cupcakes have been replaced with paper cups. It becomes very easy to store and eat these Tutti Fruity Cupcakes!

Recipe :

Tutti Fruity Cupcakes
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 12-15 minutes
Serves : 3-4

Ingredients:
1 ½ cup flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup plain buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 ½ tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
¼ cup tutti fruity
¼ cup vegetable oil
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C for 10 minutes.
Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder.
Blend the butter milk and the sugar till sugar is completely dissolved. Mix in the vanilla essence.
Rub the tutti fruity with a teaspoon of flour.
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, fold in the oil and then the tutti fruity.
Pour into paper cups and fill 3/4th only.
Bake at a temperature of 180C for 12-15 minutes till the top takes a golden color and a skewer inserted comes out clean.
