This Bok Choy recipe is a dish that I really love and I'm sure a lot of people would feel the same way. The recipe is:
Cut the Bok choy at the end so you can give it a good wash
Place in boiling water for 1 minute exact
After boiling place in cold water
Roughly chop some garlic
Put a frying pan on with some oil
Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Add a bit of water then mix a bit
Sugar
Salt
Black pepper then mix until you get a nice smooth consistency and its ready.
Then another pan with some oil on a low heat and add the garlic until you get a nice crispy brown texture then its ready to be served.
Lay down your Bok Choy and add chilli flakes, the oyster sauce and then drizzle the garlic oil over it and there you go! The perfect Bok Choy to have with anything you prefer.
