After finding some holes in the Formula One rules, Aston Martin is happy to admit that it has some "clever" ideas for its new car for 2023. However, these ideas probably don't hold a candle to the alleged tricks with the budget cap. They ended up being fined $450,000 because its 2021 Formula 1 budget cap submission "incorrectly excluded and/or changed costs" in 12 places. But now, weeks before the start of the new season, the cheating allegations seem to have resurfaced from an unexpected source.

Most of the teams' new cars look like they were influenced by Mercedes, Ferrari, and Red Bull, but Aston Martin's AMR23 definitely has some Red Bull features. But this is not the first time they have done this.
