Thinking of exploring St. Lucia on foot? Today, we’re taking you on a complete walking loop from the Castries cruise port! In this video, we ditch the taxis and head out for a DIY adventure. We navigate the bustling streets of Castries, walk right along the George F. L. Charles airport runway (watch for planes!), and hit the beautiful golden sands of Vigie Beach.

We aren't stopping there, we’re trekking up the peninsula to the historic Vigie Lighthouse for an epic bird’s-eye view of the harbor and our ship. To finish the loop, we head back through the heart of town to see the local side of the city. No tours, no taxis, just us and the road.
